Winter Practice
The Shadow
February 16 to March 30

This is a seasonal, weekly practice space held over two full moon cycles. We work with the rhythm of the seasons, moving together from Winter into Spring, allowing time for descent, integration, and careful emergence.

The Framework

Each weekly gathering includes:

_ Shamanic work / guided meditation. The core of our work. The first part of the gathering
_ Reflection, guided story telling and sharing
_ Preparing for the week ahead, integrated practice and homework.

The sessions are practical and embodied. We’re learning how to stay present with shadow and integrate it into daily life, and let it inform clearer choices, boundaries, creativity, and relationships.

There is no fixing, diagnosing, or hierarchy here. The emphasis is on listening, integration, and responsibility.

The Winter
Winter is a time for hibernation and rest. For letting things die without rushing rebirth. For staying with grief, fear, fatigue, and not-knowing. It is a season that asks us to slow enough to listen, to allow creative and spiritual material to compost rather than perform, to trust what is happening beneath the surface.

In this cycle, shadow work may move through avoidance and resistance, over-responsibility and control, shame, grief, or suppressed anger. It may show up as numbness, collapse, or over-functioning. Nothing here is treated as a problem to solve. These patterns are met as information, as invitations to deepen presence and care.

We move slowly. Nothing is forced. What wants to surface does so in its own time. The cycle closes with a small ceremony and a final witnessing circle, honoring what has been touched, what has shifted, and what remains unfinished.

Who is this for:

_ You want rest, that is real and safe
_ You want spiritual and creative depth without dogma
_ You are curious about shadow work and want to a protected container
_ You value shared witnessing and thoughtful guidance
_ You want integration that shows up in real life
_ You want to find your magic
_ You are deeply curious and adventurous about your inner world
_ You are creative and looking to deep exploration

This is a closed seasonal container. Participants are asked to commit to the full cycle, from February 16 through March 30, so the group can build trust and depth together.
