Summer
Summer is a season of fullness. The body opens. The senses sharpen. Life moves outward. What has been growing begins to take shape in the open. Desire becomes louder. Expression becomes bolder. Connection asks more of us.
And yet, most spaces for reflection and restoration still ask us to leave our lives behind. To travel. Escape. Step away completely.
This is something different.
This is a practice rooted in the life you are already living. In your body. In relationship. In community. In the heat and movement of the season itself. You do not have to disappear from your life to reconnect with yourself.

What this is
This is a 3-part, in-person summer practice held over a moon cycle.
A small group gathering in nature, designed to create space for reflection, connection, and real-time experience.
We meet outdoors, move together, sit together, and practice being with ourselves and each other without needing to perform or figure anything out.
This is not a retreat in the traditional sense.
It is a return to something simpler.
A space to:
slow down
reconnect with your body and the natural world
reflect honestly
be in conversation with others
and let something real take shape over time
Because the deepest practice is not separate from your life. It happens within it.
The experience
Each session will include a blend of:
Meditation
Nature-based practice (walking, forest immersion)
Gentle movement
Reflection and journaling
Group conversation and shared witnessing
Energy work and inner alchemy
There is structure, but also room for what naturally unfolds.
We are not trying to produce a result. We are creating conditions for something real to emerge.
Community
This is a small, intimate group (8–12 people).
We are intentionally creating a space where:
people can come as they are
there is time to listen, respond, and be witnessed
community is something we build together, not consume
Nature and community go hand in hand. This is as much about being together as it is about the practices themselves.
Location
Poughkeepsie, NY
We will meet at a private home and walk together to a nearby outdoor field and natural space.
If weather requires, the practice will be held indoors.
Participants will be invited to bring:
something to sit on
water
optional snacks
Facilitators
This practice is co-led, bringing together complementary approaches:
Meditation, container holding, and energetic / inner work
Nature-based practice, movement, and reflection
A balance of structure and intuition.

Reda Ali Charafeddine
1001, LLC
Reda works in a wide container between the material and spiritual worlds. His practice could be described as multi-dimensional alchemy (mind, body, spirit, and the energetic field). Helping transform what feels heavy, stuck, or dense into something clearer, lighter, and able to move again.
His work offers stability when shadow starts moving. Protection while something old is dying and something new is being born. Space to meet yourself without judgment. It may look like psychological reframing, somatic grounding, spiritual insight when language runs out, or sensing what is moving in the field and adjusting it gently and precisely.
What makes Reda distinct is that he does not position himself as someone who fixes you. He offers tools, reflection, and grounded support to help people return to their own sovereignty.
Who is this for:
This is for people who:
— want to be in real community, not just online
— feel the need to step outside and reconnect with something more grounded
— are curious about themselves and open to reflection
— want a practice that lives inside their actual life, not separate from it
— are drawn to both psychological and spiritual exploration
— want to be part of something small, intentional, and human
— No prior experience needed.
